Yes — we carry general liability insurance, and we'll provide a certificate on request. If we ever damage something on your property, you'll hear it from us before we leave, along with how we're fixing it.

For a mowing quote, no — we can usually price it from your address. For cleanups, mulch, hedges, and projects, we set up a quick visit to see the property first. For service visits you don't need to be home as long as we can get to the yard — just make sure gates are unlocked and pets are secured. We'll let you know before and after every visit.
